  • Items over $20: You can order just 1 of any design for the best pricing

All orders ship via UPS Ground from Massachusetts. Production typically takes  1-2 weeks, but we do our best to ship all orders as fast as possible. If you need to receive your item by a specific date or if you would like us to hold the order for a future ship date, please email partners@rusticmarlin.com before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your request. 

Yes, you can pick up your order at our location at 389 Columbia Road, Hanover, Massachusetts. Simply select the Pick Up option during checkout.

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States.

 If you receive an incorrect product, experience a missing item, or notice any damage to your order, please contact us at partners@rusticmarlin.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. We will work quickly to resolve the issue. 

To assist in processing your claim, please include the following in your email: 

  • Your order number 
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging, including: 
  • All sides of the box in which the items were shipped including the shipping label 
  • Several different photos of the damaged or incorrect product 
  • Please ensure that you provide comprehensive photos, as we are unable to submit a claim without them and can only provide you a credit with these photos. 
  • My product doesn’t look like the photo on the website or in the catalog. What should I do? 
  • Our products are built from rustic wood. As a result, the final item may vary slightly from the photos shown or from previous products you’ve received.
