Every Rustic Marlin piece is handcrafted to order, which means it takes a little time (and a lot of love!) to create. Production usually takes about 1–2 weeks, but we always do our best to get your order out the door as quickly as possible. (Please note our Cornhole Game Sets may take around 3 weeks.)
All orders ship via UPS Ground from our workshop in Massachusetts.
Need it by a special date? Or want us to hold your order for a future surprise? Just send us a note at info@rusticmarlin.com before placing your order, and we’ll do everything we can to make it happen.
Once your order ships or is ready for pickup, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping is $10 on all orders under $100. We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more.
Exclusions apply: Free shipping is not applicable on Cornhole Game Sets.
Yes, you can pick up your order at our location at 389 Columbia Road, Hanover, Massachusetts. Simply select the Pick Up option during checkout.
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States.
We work hard to process orders quickly and efficiently to ensure you receive your products as soon as possible. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at info@rusticmarlin.com or 508.376.1004.
- Changes or cancellations can only be accommodated within 3 hours of order entry
- Once an item has entered production, no changes or cancellations can be made
- Please double-check your spelling, quantities, and all order details before finalizing to avoid any issues
If you receive an incorrect product, experience a missing item, or notice any damage to your order, please contact us at info@rusticmarlin.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
To assist in processing your claim, please include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging, including:
- All sides of the box in which the items were shipped including the shipping label
- Several different photos of the damaged or incorrect product
- Please ensure that you provide comprehensive photos, as we are unable to submit a claim without them and can only provide you a credit with these photos.
- My product doesn’t look like the photo on the website or in the catalog. What should I do?
- Our products are built from rustic wood. As a result, the final item may vary slightly from the photos shown or from previous products you’ve received.
