What is Signs of Hope? How did Signs of Hope start?
Rustic Marlin founders Melanie + Brian O’Neil launched a Signs of Hope initiative where 100% of the profits will be donated to employees of small businesses who have been impacted by COVID-19.   

Why did you launch Signs of Hope?
With so much uncertainty the business believes that everybody is looking for a way to show support for those who are helping to fight this virus like doctors, nurses, scientists and first responders. It is important to let them know that we are all in this together. People across the globe are displaying hearts on their front doors to show thanks and unity for health care workers.

How can I purchase/order?
Signs of Hope are currently available for purchase to be shipped on Rustic Marlin’s website and for grab + go at several local outdoor 24/7 self-serve kiosks (with no human contact!), including our Corporate Headquarters. Find our Kiosk locations on our website. 

How fast do you ship online orders?
We are doing our best to ship Signs of Hope orders within a few days.

Do you offer curbside pickup?
Unfortunately at this time we cannot offer curbside pickup.  You can purchase online and we will ship as fast as our skeleton crew can or you can visit one of the self-serve kiosk locations and purchase + take you sign immediately.  Note: our kiosk locations are restocked several times a day, but as they are not manned we have no way of knowing the exact inventory available at any point in time.

How does payment work?
You may purchase on rusticmarlin.com making payment via credit card. Or you may visit any of our outdoor kiosks. Payment at the kiosks is on the honor system and you may pay via Venmo @SignsofHope or send a check to Rustic Marlin, 389 Columbia Rd Ste 40, Hanover, MA 02339. 

What if I want to buy quite a few signs for pick up?
We do have limited quantities at our kiosks so the best plan would be to email hope@rusticmarlin.com and we can try to organize your order and "hide" for you to pick up at Rustic Marlin's headquarters at 389 Columbia Rd in Hanover.

Can you tell me if a certain item is at a kiosk right now?
We do our best to restock the kiosks several times a day.  Unfortunately, we have no way to be certain if an item is in stock at this time.  To be safe you may order on rusticmarlin.com but we are trying our best to keep all items stocked!

I love my sign! How can I share pictures of my sign with you?
We love photos!!  Please send to happy@rusticmarlin.com.  We may even use your signs on our social media.
